Our Mission Statement

Approved by the Congregation on April 28, 1996

We, the members of the Meeting House, hold sacred the development of each individual's spiritual path with the support and motivation of our ministers' sermons, counsel, spiritual programs and the work of our lay ministry.

We commit ourselves to explore, understand and celebrate our diversity. Seeking greater diversity is an important part of our continuing spiritual journey.

We promise to preserve the Meeting House as an historical site and as our spiritual home. Our promise includes making the entire church accessible and welcoming to all people.

We commit our talents and energies to address and effect positive social change.

We, the members of the Meeting House, each promise to love, respect and help one another and commit ourselves to service in order to assure the well-being of the whole church family and the world community, of which we are a part.
